Our Story: Bringing Authentic North Indian Dining to Cedar Park, Texas
Angeethi Flame Indian Restaurant & Catering was founded with a clear vision: to bring authentic, freshly prepared North Indian cuisine to Cedar Park, Texas. The restaurant opened on February 28, 2024 at 406 W Whitestone Blvd, led by owner Karan Singh. Inspired by a passion for Indian culture and cuisine, Karan brought the rich culinary heritage of North India — particularly Punjabi cuisine — to the heart of Cedar Park's growing community.
The name "Angeethi" refers to a traditional Indian clay stove or hearth — symbolising warmth, home-cooked authenticity, and the deep-rooted culinary traditions of North India. The menu takes diners on a culinary journey through vibrant Punjabi flavours — from rich Butter Chicken and slow-cooked Chicken Biryani (prepared in traditional dum style) to sizzling Chicken Tikka Masala from the tandoor, hearty Goat Haleem, and vegetarian favourites like Paneer Tikka and crispy Vegetable Samosa.
Since opening, Angeethi Flame has established itself as the top-rated Indian restaurant in Cedar Park on Yelp, earning a 4.5-star rating and consistent praise for its authentic Punjabi flavours, generous portions, and exceptional hospitality. With warm, inviting family dining, dine-in, takeout, direct delivery, and full-service catering for private events and corporate gatherings, Angeethi Flame has quickly become a beloved local institution in Cedar Park.
True to the spirit of the traditional angeethi — a clay stove symbolising the warmth and authenticity of home-cooked Indian food — Angeethi Flame remains family-operated, with a homely ambiance and a heartfelt approach to cooking that keeps Cedar Park guests coming back time and again.
